Help, a page I am trying to get to won’t load!
Please use the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browser. If you still have trouble, your internet may be down. Another likely suspect is Norton Anti-Virus/Internet Security, as it has a tendency to sometimes block internet access to certain browsers or websites. When opening a browser, look near the bottom-right to see if it says “Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox has been blocked from accessing the internet.” If this happens, please let us know and we’ll move you to another computer.

Help, I can’t print!
Have you tried printing it one page at a time? If you’re still experiencing problems, the likely answer is that the printer has no paper or toner. Please inform a member of staff if this occurs and we’ll fix it quickly. There may be a problem network-wise, meaning it’s not possible to print at the present time. Whatever the case may be, please be patient while we look into the issue. Thank you!
