Who can get an Arkansas County /  Stuttgart Public Library card?

  • People who live in Arkansas County
  • People who live in counties that border Arkansas County
  • People who work or shop regularly in Arkansas County but live elsewhere
  • People who are ages 7 and up (minors must have a parent or legal guardian present)

Additionally, you will need:

  • Your Driver’s License Number
  • Photo ID

If you are unsure whether or not you are eligible to get an Arkansas County / Stuttgart Public Library card, please ask!

 

I’ve lost my Library Card! What do I do?
For $1.00, we will make a replacement card for you. Once we’re done, you’re good to go! You can then check out more books!

What is Virtual Reality?
Virtual Reality uses a tablet, headset, and controllers to immerse you directly into a three-dimensional, computer-generated world! Your body movements are tracked to let you interact with what you see inside the headset.
Library Cardholders age 13 and older can use the VR systems at the Stuttgart Public Library.
Appointment recommended.

Walmart Community Academy is 100% free and is available for everyone! All Courses are designed to provide an introduction and functional knowledge across a variety of topics.

What is Hoopla? How do I signup?
Hoopla is our Digital Catalog. You can use Hoopla to stream movies, television shows, music, ebooks, audiobooks, and comics for free anytime, anywhere! Sign up is super simple, but you’ll need to get a few things prepared beforehand:

You’ll need:

A valid Arkansas County / Stuttgart Public Library Card, your telephone number, and your email.

Once you have this information available, follow these steps:

  1. Visit Hoopla’s website by either clicking on Digital Catalog (Hoopla) in the top Navigation Bar, typing https://www.hoopladigital.com into your web browser’s URL address bar, or click here for a direct link to their website.
  2. On Hoopla’s website, click Get Started Today and follow the on-screen instructions. When picking your library, select Stuttgart Public Library.
  3. In the Card box, you’ll need t type in your full card number. This can be found above the barcode on your library card. In the PIN box, type in your telephone number. Here’s an example: 1234567890

Once you have completed these steps, you’ll gain instant access to the system. Enjoy your new content!
