Please use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you still have trouble, your internet may be down. Another likely suspect is Norton, as it has a tendency to sometimes block internet access to browsers. When opening a browser, look near the bottom right to see if it says "Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox has been blocked from accessing the internet." If this happens, please let us know and we will move you to another computer.
Have you tried printing it one page at a time? If you're still experiencing problems, the likely answer is that the printer has no paper or toner. Please inform a member of staff if this occurs and we will fix it quickly. There might be a problem network-wise, meaning it is not possible to print at the present time.
